Pancakes for Dinner by Lizzy McAlpine has been an inside joke with my boyfriend and I since our very first date. We were sitting in the car listening to music and after the queue had run through it started playing Pancakes for Dinner. And it just kept playing. I think we let it play like 4 times before we changed it. Today, he sent me a recording of him playing the song on the piano and he changed the lyrics to fit us and our story. I think it is single handedly the cutest sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. I literally cried listening to it. This man is the most thoughtful person I know. Then on top of that, he learned my favorite Hippo Campus song on piano and recorded it too. I don’t think I could be more lucky to have him. I love him so much. He’s so stinking cute and kind. I’m never letting him go🥺🥺🥺

Do you ever just feel like you’re terrified to tell someone that you like them or is it actually possible to find a boy who likes you for you??

It’s definitely possible to find a boy who likes you for you. I didn’t think it was until recently. I was scared to tell this boy I liked him and my friend pushed me to ask him on a date. So I did so. And I’m so glad that I did. We were already best friends and I think that really helped the relationship. We are now boyfriend/girlfriend but best friends always first. I know that he likes me for me and every single flaw and imperfection. And I love him for him too🥰
