This is an OC interaction and RP blog for my character Kassim. So all interactions, posts, replies, etc. will be made and done in character unless specified otherwise. Some other key things RP wise:
You're free to interact with Kassim however you like, and I'll do my best to respond as him in any circumstance! However, if there are any interactions that are uncomfortable for me as a person, I will likely ignore them.
I tend to do semi-lit to literate RP, although my response length varies with varying contexts and circumstances within RP.
I might also post or respond with some art of my own! I make no promises on consistency of art posts though ehe.
I'll be honest, this is the first time I've attempted an RP blog on tumblr, so I do apologize if I'm awkward with things at first :')
I may add or adjust rules as I go because I'm new to this, but I am looking forward to interactions, so I'm open for almost anything! I've also added a little bit about Kassim below the cut for anyone that would like to get a feel for him as a character. 💜

Neeks has gotta be one of my favorite artists EVER their style is delicious I explode a little bit each time I see a new piece. Neeks thank you for letting me steal her this was so much fun :D Polaris is utterly gorgeous, I’m so obsessed with her character design, everyone I’ve shown her to says that the glowing hair and star freckles are amazing, you are winning at life with her.
Seriously this is the best thing I’ve ever drawn dude I’m so happy rn 😭 I love the concept of drawing, but actually doing it is hard for me and I’m not very good sodndkdndkdk but!!! Yesterday I just like, figured something out?? About the different levels of reference tracing to not struggle with the lineart which is the hardest part for me?? Personality: Enver is confident, energetic, outgoing, and is considered the life of the party wherever he goes. He has a way of brightening every room he goes in and has an easy time going along with other people. Enver is also very flirtatious, and he doesn't mind flirting with someone he finds very interesting.
Under the surface, Enver is also brave and thoughtful. He's an optimist and he prefers to look at possible solutions instead of how it can all go wrong. Enver is highly reliable and a good friend. He's also a man of his word; he's fiercely loyal to his friends and the people he cares about, and would often go through lengths and hardships to ensure their well-being.
Likes: Drawing, Photography, the sun, dogs, cats, sunsets, cloudy skies, rock candy, oranges, one-night stands
Dislikes: Apathy, confrontation, sour candy,
Abilities: Enver's abilities are tied to the sun, as he's a demigod and the next sun god from Earth. His powers take the form of fire and it can burn anything he deems an enemy or harmful, but it won't burn those he cares about and wants to protect. This applies to inanimate objects and people alike.
In fighting, Enver uses his flames as armor and covers his entire body with it. He uses a golden short sword, which can do various attacks as he sees fit (summon sun beams, teleport him, etc). He's the brawler type of fighter where he uses his right hand to swing with the sword and his left, armored arm to block attacks.
Additionally, he has empathic abilities, where his fire can help him tap into the emotional state of whoever is enveloped in his flames. He can influence them to feel a certain way or not, even if Enver himself refuses to do this as he believes it violates privacy. Saeth, however, knows of this skill and has given him permission to do it for him if necessary, so Enver only does it for him--but he always limits it and never turns it on by default. Enver also has a heightened natural sense of people's emotions due to this.
Enver gains energy from sunlight. His busy, busy schedule only leaves him with 4 hours of sleep everyday, but being under the sun supplies him with energy and stamina to live his life.
Character lore
Currently, Enver is a 24 year old college student. He is studying Astrophysics under a scholarship and he works as a barista to make ends meet for him and his sibling. On weekends, he also does carpooling for extra income. He used to find the time to go on dates from dating apps, but he’s stopped for a year. He still sleeps around if the chance rises though (they do often, unsurprisingly).
Enver is more than just a college guy however; he’s also the only sun champion on Earth. When he’s not busy trying to keep his mortal life afloat, he’s protecting the Earth from void creatures with his sun magic (fire, empathy, guiding sun rays). He isn’t secretive of this magic, though he’s wary of telling other people too much. He likes to “separate life from work” after all, as he’d say. If you meet Enver while he’s doing sun duties, you’re probably meeting a more serious side of him.
His hectic life leaves him little to no room for rest or hobbies. While Enver is optimistic and confident, he doesn’t get much of a break from life either. Don’t let him sit too long or he’ll doze off.

Personality: Polaris is aloof, straightforward, stoic, and consistently has a straight face. She's morally gray and has no qualms saying her opinion on things, may it be welcomed or not. Due to her alien nature, Polaris has little idea of human culture, thus she has a unique way of viewing things. She's also apathetic, possessive of those she deems hers or things she cares about, and has some... Questionable thought processes.
Despite this, Polaris is curious and loves learning new things. She pays attention to certain details, may it be small or not. She may ask a lot of questions and they may come off rude, but she's coming from a place of genuine need to learn. While Polaris is known and infamous as a violent, merciless god, she doesn't harm people unless she thinks they themselves are harmful or if she was challenged first.
Abilities: Polaris has the ability to control and manipulate stardust, which is the very soul or element of life in her universe. While stardust is sentient, it follows her whims and orders; she can create weapons with stardust as she sees fit. Her weapon of choice is either a golden staff or a golden sword.
Polaris is known to the universe as its queen, being the sole star goddess who can control stardust and stars as she sees fit. As the element of life in the universe, stardust can also produce beams of light. Her powers are basically just made of anything stars are made of; heat, light, stardust. This is because she herself is a star, and her humanoid form is her chosen appearance to blend in with people on Earth... Sort of.
Stardust also equates to human emotions along with their life energy, so Polaris can influence positive emotions within another person. This also means she can take it away. In some brutal cases, Polaris can opt to harden stardust in one's body before pulling it out and commanding it to come to her.
Polaris is also skilled in hand-to-hand combat, with kickboxing as her fighting style outside of magic use.
Character lore
Currently, Polaris is the goddess of stars in the universe. She’s stuck on Earth with Saeth due to a duty she’s tied to, and she lives in his house because of it. She spends her time trying to find cats on the internet after befriending Saeth’s cat, Morgan.
As a goddess, Polaris has control over stardust—a sentient element that is responsible for the creation of everything in the universe. She can manifest stardust in floating, golden glitter. Stardust also elicits positive emotions from humans.
Elements of her past are hidden from the public for now so this is her surface-level lore.

Personality: Cranky, rude, blunt, reserved, insensitive, uncaring moody, grumpy, gloomy, a bit of an asshole. He has no qualms telling someone to die, he identifies as a hater through and through. Saeth is someone who only leaves the house if needed (college, work, music gigs) and will be home if he's not required to go anywhere else.
In truth, Saeth is someone who cares a lot underneath the surface. He is the biggest epitome of a fake IDGAFer, he's a secret softie under all the blunt, take-no-bullshit approach to anything. This side of him is only seen by the select few he cares about.
Likes: Cats, beach, sea, saltwater, smoking, songwriting, alt fashion, soda, cup noodles, League of Legends, piano, electric guitar, rock/alt/punk music, composing/making his own music, video games, staying indoors
Dislikes: life, waking up early... actually he can hate anything that pisses him off tbh
Abilities: Saeth is a phenomenon in his original universe referred to as the fateweaver, someone who has the ability to control his own or another person's thread of fate. He can manifest a person's stardust/soul in the form of strings, which he can touch, grab, yank, and use as a weapon if he pleased. He can also influence someone's fate as the universe bends to his will. He is able to influence certain objects if he cares enough (i.e. he's a sharpshooter because he wills his shots to land where he wants)
In fighting, Saeth uses his own fate thread as a weapon; it has a mind of its own but is also controlled by Saeth in any way he sees fit. The string will act according to his true desires, which are oftentimes unknown by Saeth himself as he's dishonest about his feelings (i.e. the string will leave him in battle to aid someone else he cares about, despite him needing the string as a weapon to defend himself)
Saeth is not invincible or immortal, but he is unkillable. His life and the strength of his fate thread relies solely on his mental fortitude.
Character lore
Currently, Saeth is a 24 year old college student. He is studying Music Production in the University of Toronto, Canada. He is also working as a part-time barista as his extra income for personal expenses and for (spoiling) his black cat, Morgan. He lives alone in a house near the water reservoir and the beach, where he spends most of his free time playing video games or composing his own music.
Saeth is a musician songwriter who makes alt/pop rock songs and anonymously posts them in social media. The name of his musician persona is Lostdear, an anagram of his surname Asterhold. The topic of his songs revolve around grief, heartbreak, loss, and tragedy.
It may be rare for him to mention it but he has schizophrenia and he sees hallucinations almost constantly, though it’s usually tolerable for him when he’s not stressed. His reality is warped from everyone else as he suffers from severe visual and auditory hallucinations, which take the form of red eyes that watch his every move, and he hears them talk in worse episodes. Saeth also suffers from severe depression and insomnia, with his usual sleeping pattern is staying awake for 48-72 hours and then sleeping for 13 hours straight.
