There is a nightmare I have where someone is looking at me from a distance and they just follow me and see nothing, no struggle, just a dark smudge stretching, and they do nothing, nothing and nothing. I would have shot by now but I don't. Could have kept shooting. In the valley my partner looked into the sky and like a farmer stood there not comprehending that the thing dropping down was him.

He wore five hundred thousand dollars worth of tech and bled out on a cliff face. Light pooled and froze around him. Blood dripped over the edge and joined the rest. Ghosts hang in every field. They lay face down in streams and in parts among the branches of long rooted trees. They move when we move, shadows deepening in the black sun of dawn.

In the kitchen with your dead husband, his coffee table, all the sets of plates that the relatives gave you doubles of, the canned food he bought and got put in the back because they couldn't ship back the ashes because there weren't any, I think it must be barbaric to live on. He's still out there on that ridge. The last thing he showed me was you. The last thing he said was something stupid and scared. It's funny that I saw you in a picture and here you are now and here I am with his dog tags around my neck reeking like the cold dark water.

the above image, while working well enough standalone, actually requires quite a bit of context, unlike many posts on this site. it is a screenshot of the sexy characters category page on the parody wiki, which is a site for articles about crossovers, spoofs, and parody scripts written in wiki-page format. it seems to function as a type of fanfiction and creative writing space, and to be curated informally. anyway, of the characters above, soleil spacebot is the only one that seemed totally unrecognizable 

clicking her parody wiki page is where things begin to get truly strange 

Soleil Spacebot is one the main characters in Nelvana’s 1986 Animated Television Series, The Spacebots. She is the eldest of three sisters and has a crush on Sam Spacebot.

this information seems reasonable enough, and like it might be about an obscure but existing cartoon. soleils page has some basic information about her and some miscellaneous, confusing crossover information, like every page on the parody wiki. it lists her in various other categories, including “capable characters” and characters who are 19. at the time of beginning this post (early 2017), there were three drawings of her, with a similar style, and no screenshots.

Lancelot held someone in his lap Gwynevere but the head is tilted away with the hair in the dirt they had just tread in; "There is no one good or kind or necessary enough to be meaningful to God" who took the woods and populated them with treasonous things whose banners became only simple shapes within years and whose castles fell apart within lifetimes They will sit there as long as they need. as we watch the ripples in the lake form and the trees rustle and the wind rattle the armor in shrill tones I am paralyzed by fear that all there was were simple things. after the battles where men fought desperately for this thing and that thing and whose lives would end in agony or silence the standard bearers would hang up the pageantry and trudge home like any others, bored and tired their wives saying something indistinct as their backs disappeared from view
