TechCrunch reported on how NBC pulled most of the copies of its famed news anchors pondering the meaning of the Internet in 1994. What TechCrunch missed (remarkably) is that NBC pulled these videos from the web using the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, despite the fact that this kind of commentary is clearly within Fair Use bounds, and the posters followed industry best practices for Fair Use compliance by posting a video of a television screen displaying the content, rather than posting the content directly.
