Terra shookher head, “I am not surprised.” She did not continue the thought out loud, however. Usually people met her with disbelief when Terra confessed that she was not fond of movies, especially those movies that everybody seemed to love. “What made you dislike this one in particular?"
“It was just bad.” Layla said, and usually she was more expressive than that, but bad was already so concise. It paralleled how horribly low-effort the movie was, and as she strained her head for words, she wrinkled her nose. “The acting was horrible. The plot was horrible. There was nothing redeeming about it all,” she said. “I’ve watched film projects made by middle school children better than it. I’ll probably binge on golden age films tonight to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. Head. Whatever.”
