(Not a ship btw lol) CLOSE-UPS/MORE UNDER THE CUT!!

sorry if my handwriting is hard to understand but basically, Chika is really good at claw machines and won most of the prizes. The prizes are also based off of the other Tamakoma members (some more loosely than others) and are gonna be gifted to them. For example, Yuma and Chika won matching keychains for Tamakoma 2, white cat for Yuma, black bunny for Chika, little dog for Hyuse, and a fox for Osamu.

Yuma (being a real one) told Chika to get matching keychains for herself and Ema and Chika was like “Oh then I’d better get one for Izuho as well!!” And she got a little mouse family with the two parents holding half of a heart and a baby mouse (the baby mouse is going to Yuzuru, who when shown the parent mice at first got his hopes up, only for Izuho to show off her keychain and dangle it in front of his face to brag)

also!! The prize Yuma was trying so hard to win was a bear with glasses (which reminded him of Osamu). It was one of the few things he was able to win and he is going to gift it to his captain while looking so proud lmao. Another thing he was able to win was the toucannon plushie bc it looked interesting and Chika explained its name to him. He gifted it to Chika since she’s Tamakoma’s cannon. Also everyone ignore how I kept forgetting his ring after reminding myself five times to not forget his ring…

FINALLY I CAN TALK ABOUT THE OUTFITS!! They came to me in a vision (my side effect) and I had to make them reality and then just based this whole outing around that premise bc I love Chika and Yuma’s friendship so much and it means a lot to me. I think Mori Kei suits Chika because it’s earthy and a tad understated while still being very cute and an alternative fashion style. I imagine her parents to be a bit strict so she keeps her cool clothes at Tamakoma since she’s there a lot anyway and can quickly change before going out with her friends (who are all border agents anyway). I think this kind of shows how Chika can be a little sneaky and yk can manage her own affairs and stuff (idk maybe I’m rambling). Also her bag was bought on a shopping hangout with Izuho and the bunny keychain that is being mostly covered was a gift from her brother.

MEANWHILE..I didn’t put as much meaning behind Yuma’s outfit, I just thought it looked cool…BUT IT HAS SOME COOL DETAILS THAT I LEFT OUT OF THE PENCIL DRAWING/WAS HARD TO TRANSLATE WITH JUST GRAPHITE PENCIL! His jeans are faded and black and are hand-me-downs from Konami. The flared leg shape sort of mirrors his black trigger outfit and I imagine the jeans have visible red stitches to further mimic his black trigger combat body. He’s wearing a belt (although it’s hard to see) because the pants are still a little big on him, which is why he also suffers from crazy heel bite (me too, king </3). He also wears super big cute sneakers and his shoes are like always untied. I imagine he would dress in a more relaxed/oversized street style not only because he’s always wearing a hoodie in the show but because the textures and silhouettes match his personality in a way and also tie back to his black trigger outfit sometimes. (Can you tell that’s my favorite outfit of his? Probably not…)

I don’t have much to say about this scene but it’s really cute to me (even if I messed up Yuma’s face).

Here’s some drawings of the operators!! I just picked some of my favorites but I wish I had drawn Hana too…and Yuri as a more fully fledged drawing rather than a half-assed chibi. The close-up is only on Yuu because I love how she turned out! I know the tech around her looks a little odd but I don’t have a lot of gaming consoles so I was a little out of my depth on what I should draw surrounding her…(Sidenote: the #1 on Tachikawa stands for #1 crash out, because we all know the real #1 attacker in border is Konami) (please do not try to argue with me on this, I believe this whole heartedly and will start crying if this belief is challenged)

MAGICAL GIRL CHIKA!!! I’ll give her her own post soon since I’m trying to transfer my magical girl posts from TikTok to tumblr (although it’s going really badly because some of the photos randomly just refuse to be uploaded??) but she’s here for now!! The close-up is on her magical girl form (which btw, mirrors her Tamakoma fit with the long line going down the left side) because I hate the drawing next to it so much but I’m including it anyway because the eyes are cute. Also!! The two stars on her chest symbolize her brother and childhood friend!

Not too much to say about this that I haven’t probably said in my other post. Sorry for the repost but I genuinely love this sketchbook page so much!! It’s so colorful and Yuma’s just so cheerful so I always feel happy opening to this page!

Also adding this because textile art is still art and he came out decently cute
