A king who doesn't really want to and isn't able to run the kingdom properly catches wind of a noble woman who wants to kill him to take over and he realizes she is extremely competent so he decides to propose to her to save everyone the hassle and they have a surprisingly healthy relationship.
Hello!! It's day 5 and 6 of Pride Ponies! The Ace and Aro!! I decided to cover the whole Ace & Aro spectrum with these two because i don't know if i have creativity enough to create two ponies (or more) ponies for each sexuality of the Ace ou Aro Spectrum giving the colors of the DemiAce and Ace flags are almost the same (same for the Aro's), i recognize that each sexuality of the spectrum are not the same and each of them have their own characteristics, i just don't have creativity enough to create a lot of designs :,).
For the Ace i took the Ace of Spades as an inspiration! Pretty lady who is very good at poker :). Also i didn't initially plan this but the “ghostly” look on her can be seen as the way people of the Ace community aren't seen by most of the population and even some part of the lgbtqia+ community.
For the Aro pony i also liked to play a bit with the double meaning, with the pegasus being actually an changeling you can see it as some of the people in the aro community feeling like impostors due to their none or low “need” to have a romantic relationship with someone else, unlike most people. And the Blank Flank can be seen as a person of the Aro Community not having something in their life that other people see as a vital part of their lives, despite that they live just like anyone else, with happiness, sadness, family, friends and hobbies :). I hope i conveyed what i wanted correctly, if you have any question feel free to comment it! I would love to respond to them!
Hello! It's me again with the Pride Ponies! Today we have the Bi and Pan Ponies!
It was a bit harder to design these two than the gay and lesbian ponies because the Bi and Pan flags only have 3 colors :,) (i have a lil rule that i may only use the flag's colors when coloring the ponies! This excludes accessories but if i can help it i'll try to not use other colors!)but i managed!
Also i wanted these two to be ambiguous in gender! Female? Male? I don't know :).
In case anyone doesn't know, Bissexual means the person can be attracted to two or more genders!
Pansexual means the person can be attracted to any and all genders!
Hello! I am doing a little challenge for myself where i choose one sexuality or gender to create a pony with! As a little challenge for myself :). It will be 1 pony/sexuality per day! (I am a lil late :P). I will also try to diversify in which of my artstyles i make them on!
Day 1 & 2 - Gay and Lesbian!
For the first 2 days i made ponies inspired on the Gay and Lesbian Flags! I also want to warn yall that i do have a few headcanons regarding ponies so one or two details may look a little off. Hope yall don't mind that!
I have no names or a detailed biography about each pony i will create, the only bits of lore about them are what you catch on their designs!
Our main gal Calamity. Daughter of brightmind and silverscales. Her father recently passed along with her grandfather Darkstone in a mysterious explosion.
Her mother is extremely superstitious. She won't walk under ladders, cross paths with a black cat, place two mirrors facing each other. Etc. While she won't exactly tell her daughter Calamity knows she believes her to be bad luck.
Calamity's life has been boring as she stays in the background going along with whatever her mother wanted. Her grandfather was her best friend for a long time. Now Silvescales is wanting her to marry which is something Calamity hadn't even imagined. Good thing she has 3 mysterious robots to distract her... hey wait-
Muskeg the cyborg. Has bits n pieces from all tribes. Most recent piece being a mechanical eye from a nightwing. He doesn't exactly know why he keeps loosing bits n pieces of his body, he just knows he's constantly replacing them. A gut from seawings, back leg from icewings, heart from the rainwings, an arm from the mudwings, and he used to have wings from skywings... but those go for a lot of gold in the sandwing kingdom.
Overall the story will be following these two as they work toward the mystery behind these viruswing creation and hopefully stopping the hungry creatures from destroying all of dragonkind
America has a weird relationship with cults where they’re terrified of small cults (or organizations they think are cults) but completely normalized massive cults that hurt many more people (eg: LDS Church, Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Amish, Scientology, most Megachurches)
To anybody asking if the Amish are a cult, the answer is yes, very much so.
They’re a high control group that isolate you from society. The cult decides how you dress, how you behave, who you marry and how. They control what you know, blocking all information from the outside world. They control how you feel and what you’re allowed to think with threats of both social and supernatural harm. They’re a cult.
The best method to determine if a group is a cult, in my opinion, is Steven Hassan’s (cult expert and former cult member himself) BITE model.
BITE stands for Behavior Control, Information Control, Thought Control, and Emotional Control.
The more points a group “scores” on the model, the more of a cult it is.
I think this model is the best one for several reasons:
It’s more nuanced than “cult” or “not cult” and doesn’t make false equivalences between groups
It’s versatile, applying to groups big and small, and cults of all kinds, religious, political, financial, etc.
It focuses on what’s important, which is what the cult does to its members, and those members’ experiences, and not on irrelevant details like how uncommon their doctrines are or whether they have a charismatic leader
#you might notice that there are a lot of similarities between cult techniques and those of abusive partners#and that is an important thing to be aware of

The illustrious Princess Charming, daughter of Queen Vigilance and Darkstalker's betrothed.

Princess Charming:
The aptly names Princess Charming is the youngest daughter of Queen Vigilance. Traditionally Nightwing Queens only have two daughters. One meant to inherit the throne and a backup in case anything happened to the first. Charming is unlikely to and uninterested in ever ruling. She wouldn't even be able to challenge Vigilance if she wanted to as law dictates her older sister must do so first (if she ever does). Sisters are also not permitted to challenge each other for the throne, only daughters and nieces. No, Charming would much rather go about her luxurious life in the palace, attending balls and sitting quietly in on council meetings. It's incredible what a dragon can learn when they just listen.
Charming is beloved by (almost) all in the Nightwing Queendom. She's often seen parading around during festivals and interacting with the commoners. While she's well-known for her quick wit, she's also known to lend an ear to those who need it. If you're lucky, she'll even perform a song. She's got a lovely voice. Additionally, she's well-versed in several languages, astronomy, music, art, historical and poetic texts, mathematics, geography, and all other things expected of a Nightwing princess. She's expected to take the role of an advisor once her elder sister takes the throne.
While Princess Charming isn't particularly close to her mother, she would do just about anything for her Queendom... even if that something is being betrothed to a hybrid animus. She's not thrilled, but it wasn't as if Vigilance ever asked for her opinion on the matter... or any matter. To put it bluntly, she doesn't care for Darkstalker and the feeling is very much mutual. They are only seen together at formal events.
The two of them are simply to wed and have at least one daughter between them. Nothing dictates that they must be faithful. As long as Darkstalker can perform his duties, Charming cares very little about how he spends his free time frolicking with lowborn dragonesses. Besides, it is not as if she doesn't occasionally enjoy the company of other ladies and gentledragons as well. However, if Vigilance ever caught wind of Darkstalker's little "escapades", well, she certainly won't vouch for him.
Charming has a massive wardrobe, so the outfit above is only one of many. Since only Queens are permitted to wear the image of a full moon, Princess charming wears a blue crescent on her tiara. Often the most notable part of her outfits are the long, glittering, translucent fabrics she adorns herself with. All of which are cool colored, of course.
