I drew some Yoga Kramer 😂🧘‍♂️ Michael's physicality/flexibility constantly fascinates me. Drawing him bent over was kinda tricky 😅🍑

I first tried yoga back in 2019 as part of a support group to manage stress/anxiety. I enjoyed it. I'm trying it again as part of my fitness regime using Ring Fit Adventure but I miss the group environment. I've a long way to go as I'm still wobbly/unsteady most of the time!

Oh lord, it's been months since I last posted here...the shame! Life stuff u-turned my attention for a bit but all in all, I'm hanging in there and I hope you all are too ❤️ I'm dabbling with art on Twitch atm with the hope it'll help with my motivation and anxiety (feel old as balls on it, I'm not the target demographic and mumbling into the void is a skill in itself lol.
