“i’m not saying no to that, though i can’t promise i will behave if you do.” he said, only half-joking as his smirk broke into a small laugh, his head shaking. he’d obviously respect her boundaries, but he didn’t know much of self-control he had in himself, probably not a lot. “you honestly are the most charming person i know, you could get literally anything you wanted out of me.” 

lailani chuckled, shaking her head, “don’t tempt me.” her tone was teasing when she said it, but it would be a lie if she’d said she never thought (or had the occasional dream) about taking all of her clothes off for eric. cocking her head to the side, she donned a sweet expression, eyes softened and doll-like. “well then could i get you to rub my back? i’m just so tense and i could really use a massage,” lailani half-joked. she hoped he’d agree because she really was tense, but either way it was fun to tease him when he said things like that to her.

“very true,” she nodded, likign the idea more as the seconds ticked by. “i mean, they wouldn’t let us die... that’s a law suit waiting to happen, right?” lailani didn’t really know anything about how the legal system fully worked, but it made sense that the runners of a television show on a major network wouldn’t want a scandal on set. “yes,” she said, looking at the jar. “there’s only like half left, so i sure hope it was opened. smell it, then you’ll know for sure if it’s good or not.”

lailani nodded, acknowledging the other’s statements. “i’m from the west coast. originally california, but we moved to seattle for a while, so i get that. it just rains all the time in seattle, no pretty beaches or golden sands. the sounds of the ocean are really relaxing, definitely beats the sound of city traffic.”
