The above infograph is from an article on theScore esports, about the diversity in the different regions, which in itself gives food for thought. However, if you go a bit deeper into the numbers given above, it actually leaves us with a very different picture of the overall League of Legends eSports scene.

This shows that Denmark is by far the leading country when it comes to producing professional League of Legends players per inhabitant, with a booming 2.1 players per million.

It is also worth noting that LPL has the largest amount of players, with 69 against LMS 55, LCK 55, NA 54 and EU 53, which gives a slightly uneven distribution of Chinese players.
