Queensbridge park greenway

The queensbridge park greenway is a foreshoreway for walking or cycling along the park and highway. It is located in Queens, starts from queensbridge park and expands along Queensboro bridge. It is used both as pedestrian walkway and bikelane.
I’m measuring the distance of greenway, trying to understand the usage of greenway.

1-the Queensbridge Park Greenway is just right besides the riverside, which means the topography can be an important issue for the entrance and exits.
2-the river can influence the riverpark’s layout, transportation to the park, and will also influence the groups of people going to the sight.
3-the greenway is just along the road grids and the roads connect the park to the other side of river
4-the buildings around the park reflect the accessibility of the park
5-the park is one of the riverside parks in NewYork, and also is related to the other side of riverside park.
6-the red blocks are the open spaces in the area, which includes the queenspark greenway, which means different open spaces are related together.
7-the subway stations in the area are connected together, and can transfer people to the park
8-the railway station is also a part of transportation analysis.

Located at 68th Street along the Broadway. The food market occupied part of the street, will that bring problems to the traffic situation? Where do this kind of small markets usually happen? What facts will the activities organizers consider to hold the activities?
Located at 75th street, buildings here have facades in different color and style. The red one stands out the street and the tall buildings behind seem to have long history. What’s the story behind?
