This just came in the mail I'm suppose to take 5 grams, twice daily of the L-Glutamine powder. Which helps heal the gut, and many other health benefits of taking this. One of which, I'm worried about. (Most people will love the thing I'm worried about) Losing weight. Though, it does help muscle mass.... Anyhow, the probiotics are much needed as well. I need more good germs in my body. Growing up, taking antibiotics as a kid... Those are nukes in your body. Then things like gluten, dairy, are tiny bombs... God I wish I would have known sooner. The easy eatting, is to help my leaky gut. For when I want chicken, or beef. Instead of my soups, or blueberry smoothies.
