Looking for some healthy snack ideas? Here are 7 healthy snacks under 200 calories… #7 is totally yummy! http://thisfood.rocks/7-healthy-snacks-under-200-calories/
There are times when I can’t do anything. I’ll lay down and not be able to move or even day dream. And there are times when I can’t seem to stop. Times when I’ll feel like I’m flying and my mind goes a million miles an hour. But with you, I’ve never felt that way. I don’t mind wasting the day without thinking about a million things. I feel grounded but not weighed down. I think that’s why, despite everything, I still care about you.

It’s so easy to get overwhelmed, especially with a never ending to-do list that keeps growing. Ever feel like there’s so much to do and you don’t even know where to start? I know I have!
Today I was teaching my oldest daughter how to drop & kick the ball. In the beginning she was kicking before even dropping the ball because she was so preoccupied with the next step. Once I told her to take it ONE THING AT A TIME she started dropping the ball and then kicking it perfectly.
How many times do we do this in life? Before we even finish our current task were already onto the next. Before this days over we’re already stressing about tomorrow. Or the next week, or month, or year.
What would happen if we were to focus on RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW?
I think things would run a lot more smoothly for us.
Simplest way to do one thing at a time is to stay present in whatever you’re doing, and that can be easily accomplished through breathing and a reminder to take it one thing at a time.
What ONE thing will you give your attention to? Mine is reading a book I’ve been very excited about getting into!

People ask what I do for my butt. This is one exercise I do other than squats :)
great job!
this is probably the best exercise other than squats for your butt.
Try it with your upper back on a bench with a bar on your hips, amazing for your butt!
