Guess what!
Hey look at that, I’m not dead and I’m back! I don’t think I’ll be joining any rp groups for a good while due not being on some of my blogs much and due to attempting to get school work done (and by attempt I mean little to no motivation to do anything....). So this will now be an independent rp blog. Anyway, if you want to talk or something go on ahead and send something in.
“Who do you think you’re calling a kid?” He asks still aggravated. “And I know how to use my eyes, but you know it’s sometimes hard to focus when you’re in deep thought.” He glared.
Taking a break from his studies, Matt decided to take a walk around the campus. While lost in thought he bumped into someone and dropped his stuff. “Sorry….” He muttered, picking up his things.
“Tch,” he groaned upon the sudden colission. Turning around, he looked at the other, pretty annoyed for the most part. “Learn to use your eyes, won’t you?” He rolled his eyes, clearly not giving a damn about his apology.
“You know I was trying to be polite, but if you’re looking for a fight with that attitude then you came to the right place!” He leaned slightly, growling a little at the other. “You know I don’t have to put up with this, and I probably shouldn’t because my counselor would have a fit...” The agitated male mumbled, backing up a bit.

“I don’t have a reference because there are no deer here.” He points out. “There’s nothing wrong with that…I guess…” Matt mumbles staring at the paper in front of him. “Was there somewhere you needed to be, because I would hate to keep from it.” He asks with a little bit of sarcasm.
“..Well, yeah. There’s no deers here but there’s plenty of books or online resources that can show you what a deer looks like. I mean, it isn’t as good as the real thing but it’s better than nothing.” She shrugged, “Hm. Nope! No where to be, except here because I wanna see how this drawing of yours goes.”
He sighs and says a bit uneasily, “....I can’t go to the library....and books would not really help, the images are to small to work with.”
“They look like a two year old drew them…,and yeah you can look…” He replies. “Why would you care anyway?” He questions grumpily, confused on why she would want to talk to him in the first place.
She peered over to it, puffing out her cheeks, “It looks nice, but I think you just need to add more detail or something. Are you just drawing it from the top of your head or do you have some kind of reference?” She frowned, “Hey! I’m just lookin’ out for my fellow academy member, thing. What’s so bad about that?”
“I don’t have a reference because there are no deer here.” He points out. “There’s nothing wrong with that...I guess...” Matt mumbles staring at the paper in front of him. “Was there somewhere you needed to be, because I would hate to keep from it.” He asks with a little bit of sarcasm.
“I’m trying to draw a deer but it’s not coming out right….” He grumbles, glancing to the crumpled up pile next to him. “ And I needed some fresh air. Besides if someone does trip over me, it would be their fault for not looking.”
“What do you mean? Can I take a look? Maybe I can give you some tips, or something. Whatever you artsy people do.” She leaned back against the wall, allowing her body to slide down until she was now sitting beside him. “Ja, but still. You could get injured.”

Julchen knelt down in front of the boy, looking over at what he was doing. “Uh, neither of those,” she spoke gently. “Just curious as to what you were doin’ in the middle of the hall.” Looks around, then looks back at him, “Someone could trip over you and like, ruin your hard work.”
“I’m trying to draw a deer but it’s not coming out right....” He grumbles, glancing to the crumpled up pile next to him. “ And I needed some fresh air. Besides if someone does trip over me, it would be their fault for not looking.”
Matt was sitting in the hall drawing and starting over. “Why isn’t this turning out right...?” He mumbles to himself. Crumpling up the paper he starts again on a new sheet. “Eh? Is there something you need or are you just going to bother me?” Matt asks without looking up.
“Eh? What’s with all the kids suddenly? They seem to be everywhere....” Matt asks to no-one in particular.
“I don’t see why that would be silly.” He replies. “I think I learned about that as well….” Matt mumbled. “So what other languages have you learned?”
‘I remember a sentence in Finnish one of my friends who went here last year taught me,’ she said, ‘olen ihastuttava’, which means ‘I’m adorable’. I also know a little bit of Italian and French, and a few words in Russian! But I’m not very good, I don’t say the words right a lot of the time.’
“That’s cool. At least you’re diverse with languages. I only know French and English...” He says. “Hey, what is it like to have a sibling?” He inquires.
"Excuse me," she tilts her head to the left a bit, "Are you okay? You seem like you're exhausted or somethi- Oh! Sorry for being nosy, just concerned."
“Hm?” He looked at the female talking to him. “Yeah I’m fi-” He stops talking to yawn. Okay he was lying about being fine. “I didn’t sleep well last night…. I don’t understand why you would be concerned about me, when you don’t know me.” He says, looking at her with suspicion.

He sighed not realizing that he was holding his breath. “Really?” He asks. “I.. Do you really think so? I think I need to freshen my skills a bit…I’m a little rusty right now…” He says rubbing the back of his head and tightening his ponytail slightly.
She nodded, “Mhm. I do believe that your work is great. If you think it still needs more freshening, then I cannot wait to see what work you’ll be creating throughout the year. I hope you’ll join in the next art exhibit whenever that happens.”
“I haven’t drawn as much as I would like, but there’s nothing I can do about that.” He said. “Once I figure out when the next one is, then I’ll try to join. You know, you seem pretty eager that I join, why?”

“I tend to keep to myself...But I did dress up in a moose costume with a friend once, and we went to school like that... The teachers wouldn’t quit giggling. I still have the picture from that day.”

“That’s interesting…” He mutters. “Y-yeah…Is there something w-wrong….” Matt questions, wondering why he was stuttering.
“Hm?” She looked over at him, raising a brow, a bit confused at his sudden speech change. Was she making him uncomfortable somehow? “There’s nothing wrong. I’m just amazed by the skill and technique you have.” She flipped through the pages again. “I can see some of these being refined and put on an exhibition, or even showcased as is.”

Matt walked back in. “What do you mean he was willing to run around like that?” Ha asked, amused. “Here, it took me a bit longer to find it…I kinda misplaced…” He mumbled handing the sketchbook over.
She shrugged, “He and my friend ran around as food one day. Apparently the two of them worked together to make the costumes out of paper, and ran around interrupting an English class.” She held onto the sketchbook, looking through it, her eyes widening. “Wow. All of this is.. yours?”
