Write down a list of recent small wins, then think up some ways for you to celebrate them. No achievement is too small: if you checked off even one item on your to-do list, it’s worth celebrating.

'leaves grow where I once stood'

I have been taking things slow recently, or desperately trying to at least, so I made this more simple, laidback and scrappy textile art in an attempt to remind myself to slow down and stop trying to do ten million things at once, and all perfectly on top of that. I am human (annoyingly so, why can't I be a wood elf huh?!), so therefore I am allowed to, and will, make mistakes. I am also autistic, and therefore cannot work the same pace as everyone else. Be kinder and more patient with yourself, for goodness sake (I say to myself, and YOU).
