Hi, my names are Juan Cabeza and today I am going to bring you a very interesting topic.

During my 3 years as a blooger I have enough experience to tell you that (leaving social media is not an easy thing)

I bring this topic to you because basically my dad the other day was telling me that today's society is stupid with social networks because we have a severe addiction for this, and that same day I started to think about what our addiction is due to and I started to invest because with this quarantine I have too much free time :) and what I found from this is that basically it is due to: Loneliness. ... Food of the ego. ... Lack of limits. ... Personal difficulties.

And if it is basically true and that is why I wonder would it be an easy thing to get out of social networks? and the truth I think it would not be such an easy thing because at the moment there are many people who live from that and they cannot be even 10 minutes without using the phone

What my dad told me about this is that it seems wrong to him that anyone wants to become an influencer and basically what I answered him is that it doesn't seem bad to me that you want to earn a living as long as you are not doing nothing wrong to anyone I don't see it wrong

But going back to the topic, my opinion is that if it seems difficult to leave social networks because it gives us a lot of valuable information that maybe it would help us or not, but what I think is wrong is the abuse of social networks until we get addicted.
