Pascale Malilo - Zoologiques (2007-)
After her interior architecture studies, Pascale started working in several architecture offices. Wanting to change her life, she decided to study graphic design and has been working in world of graphics for almost twenty years. She’s been drawing a series of objects reminiscent of decorative arts, most of the time in unconventional situations, creating a certain poetical feel.
Since 2007, she’s realising a series of “drawings” evoking the inventory of a natural science museum. She does this with the help of the “picotage” technique. These drawings are obtained by punching out little wholes with a fine needle, creating outlines and patterns. Others are created with the help of glue, gold leaf, nail polish or walnut stain.

When you think of art and landscapes, you might have visions of expansive paintings, time-lapse videos or sweeping panoramic photographs - you're probably not thinking about jelly. And yet, that's ...
the city of san Francisco constructed with jelly! perfect to make children conscious of the architecture!

Joshua Prince, TED Conference
The Theatre that rebuild itself.
http://www.ted.com Joshua Prince-Ramus believes that if architects re-engineer their design process, the results can be spectacular. Speaking at TEDxSMU, Dallas, he walks us through his fantastic re-creation of the local Wyly Theater as a giant “theatrical machine” that reconfigures itself at the touch of a button.
