A quick little something I drew originally for mermay this year but just didn't get around to finishing it, and didn't have much motivation for it anyway. but I decided to try finishing it up and got a bit more into it. Quite like the clouds I drew in the background too XD Kaori as a mermaid again~

Now at least he looks a lot more like a leopard. Part of the reason I took so long though was second guessing if I should change him to a cheetah cus after learning about cheetah's personalities, they definitely fit Leo more XD

I drew this aaaaaaages ago, and I was so proud of it, and I just never finished it XD Originally there was gonna be a derpy alt and an applejack alt, but didn't really have it in me to do the alts in the end, although I did do the liens and colours for AJ. I just didn't feel as happy with how it looked. So I stuck with Spirit Spirit has been found by Kaa the snake, who wants to make Spirit go to sleep and have a lovely nap in his coils. I hope somepony knows to come looking for Spirit, or he'll yet again become snake chow.

Ambush from above

Tene the raccoon is on a walk through the forest, when she's ambushed suddenly from above! She hears a rustling, and upon looking up, is alarmed to see a huge long blue tail splayed out above her, swooping in for a quick grab. Before she can react, she will soon be quickly grabbed. I'm sure she's in for a very cuddly time. Thanks to Ragnarok222 for letting me use their character Sarrl! Or... at least his tail. Don't worry, Tene will be coming face to face with the rest of him. And I'm sure she'll find the business end very fascinating. (I mean that as a joke, I don't have any further art planned, but it might be fun to do so!)

I actually drew this quite a while back, but just never got round to finishing it. I always thought it was cute though, and for whatever reason, while I was hanging with some friends, I just got bit by the big to actually finish it, and immediately got super invested until it was done. Ultimately really happy with how it came out.

Spirit here is demonstrating a regular occurrence in a household with two marefriends. time to chill and relax might be interrupted at random times by a sudden snuggly attack from any side. These two have decided they really want to have cuddles with their favourite stallion. I don't think he has it in him to resist their affection >w<

Applejack encounters an intruder on the farm!! don't worry, the snake is friendly, so nopony needs to get hurt here. Except maybe for Corra (the snake) if she doesn't start using her words and respecting personal boundries, she might get a bonk on the head with a spade. There are many possible scenarios here. Perhaps the snake is looking for some free cider. Perhaps she just needs a hug (or a pony to hug). I even have a scenario in my mind where she befriended Applebloom, and the lil pony just hasn't had a chance to introduce her family to her new er, rather strange, new friend yet.

Spring is still pretty cold (mermay 2026)

I wish I could have done more for Mermay this year but at least I got to do something I started working on a little bit ago. This is a redraw of something from... jesus, 2008, 18 years ago XD ouch! Looking back at the pic, it so looks like a child's drawing haha, but I love looking at my old art, almost as much as I love redrawing it! The irony is right now with the heatwave we've been having here, I could absolutely do with hanging out in some cool water. But back when I did a sketch for this initially, it was like mid march (maybe around the same time I drew the original picture actually), and it damn was still cold. I do love drawing Tomoyo here transformed into different creatures haha. But I do love some of my old (bad) drawings of her as a mermaid, and I really wanted to redraw this one cus it was always one of my favs. Personally quite happy with the renewal!
