Hahaha. 37 weeks rock and roll baby Dino! I’m 37 weeks and 6 days today (29oct2018) n we are very excited abt your arrival our queen!

Week 31 and 5 days. I’m really starting to feel the heat!!! These few days we’ve been busy looking at furniture... new bed from Tilam king (overpriced really), also went to look at closets and drawers at ikea. But most of all, oh dear, my room is still in a mess! I need to go home to throw things out n make space for her. Baby give us a bit more time.

And no we haven’t decided on your name baby Dino.

These few months, he’s been exceptionally attentive and sweet. He even bent down and massaged my sore feet at Jasmine’s house, in front of her n her husband. During antenatal classes he’s always massaging me too. Haha. N look, he’s cooked up a storm for us. Japanese curry, wagyu, salmon, and a wholesome breakfast consisting of sliced fresh Japanese vegetables, scrambled eggs, and his hand-peeled pomegranates!! Pomegranate takes a long time to prepare. N I’m so touched 😭

I miss you

My Jady booloo flew off to SFO via HKG and will only be back next week. Oh yes I miss him so much. Which is why I’m trying to schedule yoga and Pilates into my week so I’ll feel less depressed. Ironically I’m doing more exercise now that I’m not quite so mobile! Sometimes having some time to yourself is good. Adding some throwback pics to this post. The one in uniform was just taken. I love it when he sends me live updates cos over here in spore I’m wondering how he is, what he is doing at the moment, how he looks like that second.

Pregnancy has made me a hormonal bag of emotions but I’m glad he has indulged me with so much love and care. He massages my legs and back ever so often and holds me whenever I come close. How I wish I can hold him every second too. Haha.

Heat wave gripping large stretches of Europe! According to news. Bad time to visit Italy but alas google temperature with its predicted 33 deg didn’t sound so forbidding. How was I to know that climate change has hit Italy this bad and it’s even hotter than tropical muggy Singapore! Itinerary of this trip (31 July - 04aug/05aug td spore): Day 1: Venice— probably much like the Kyoto of Italy in terms of climate. Was so hot on the non air-conditioned train that I started hallucinating that I went to the hospital, fainted, etc. My dear booloo was also suffering so much cause he has a higher basal body temperature to begin with, but he continuously fanned me with my hat. I unfortunately was too unwell to return the favour. Venice itself brought no respite; walking on the streets was laborious n torturous. Had to occasionally buy cold drinks just to put on my neck. Day 2: Como. Forgettable. Hot. Took a cable car up the mountain n did a difficult hike to the fountain which turned out to be a little watering hole (sorry). Day 3: walked to find restaurants cos everything was closed. In the end found a good one near Wagner station. For dinner we went to Don Raffaele cause my dear boo boo told the hotel restaurant staff that I was craving for calzone and they rang them up. Not that I was craving for it but it’s kinda like our MXP 定情之物. However it was bad. And I got eaten alive by mosquitoes while waiting for food. Jady also vomited out.. first time I stood through watching someone puke cos the mere sound of it actually makes me cringe. But not when Jady forced his puke out cos I really love him. N i felt so lost cos i couldn’t do anything n he didn’t tell me anything. He really is an amazing person and our baby is so lucky..

Vomiting

I’m about week 20 now. Since tumblr helpfully doesn’t post any dates, it’s 25th of June now.

Yesterday I vomited out the prata we bought from the Coffeeshop at boon Keng market. I suspect the curry was rancid? Cos it was so sour. Jady says it was because I overstuffed myself?

I only rmb that my throat was so itchy (cos I’m recovering from a bout of flu medicated with Chinese meds) n after coughing I felt like puking.

He was playing his magic and knights game but he noticed something was awry. Luckily there was a plastic bag of tissue paper and roti prata wrapper so I snatched it and before I knew it, started vomiting into it. He was so encouraging and supportive n tried to hold my hair up. Then he helped me to the toilet to wash myself up. Jady is the best lover and husband any one can wish for. Though sometimes I feel so alone n insecure, i know that i should just readjust my pregnant hormones and have a little more faith in everything. Even though he has had quite a torrid past (admittedly, compared to mine). Haha.

Reminds me of that food poisoning episode in New York. I couldn’t stop vomiting n the smell was horrid. Yet he sacrificed his sleep to take care of me and clean me up, n went down to get ginger ale and hot peppermint tea. That episode was bad. I couldn’t even ingest water.

Alas, that is true love. Thank you Jady and I love you with all my heart and soul. I’m so happy we have made a little precious life and that we will be parents soon :) !!
