Vorschläge zum Umgang mit der Zofe und zu ihrer Erziehung und Bestrafung

Diese Punkte habe ich von verschiedenen Seiten im Netz zusammengesammelt und zum Teil ein wenig angepaßt - natürlich könnte statt “Zofe” überall auch “Sklavin” oder “Sklave” stehen; ich bevorzuge aber das erstere. OK… das ist “nur” Kopfkino, ist klar. Aber das darf ja ruhig auch sein :-)

Allgemeines:

§ 3 Der Ehemann hat sämtliche Anordnungen, ausgesprochene Gebote und Verbote seiner Frau nachzukommen, die seiner Erziehung und dem  Willen seiner Frau dienen, wie z.B.  Haus -und Stubenarrest, Eckestehen. Sie sind nicht als Freiheitsberaubung anzusehen, sondern sind notwendige erzieherische Maßnahmen, um ihn nach dem Willen seine Ehefrau zu disziplinieren. 

§ 4 Die Ehefrau verwaltet nicht nur das Haus und Vermögen sondern auch das Geld. Anspruch auf Taschengeld besteht für den Ehemann nicht, es ist als Großzügigkeit seiner Frau zu verstehen. Falls er Taschengeld von seiner Frau erhält, hat der Mann die Pflicht auf Verlangen seiner Frau genaue Auskunft über die Verwendung zu erteilen. Bei unerlaubten Ausgaben ist es für die Ehefrau verpflichtend ihm das Taschengeld für mindestens einen Monat zu streichen. Eine zusätzliche Körperstrafe ist neben weiteren Strafaktionen anzuwenden, diese mit aller Strenge auszuüben ist für die Frau obligatorisch. Weinen und Geschrei des Mannes sind dabei zu ignorieren, oder mit Ermahnungen sich ruhiger zu verhalten durch Ankündigung von zusätzliche Schlägen zu unterbinden, vor allem wenn sein Gejammer die Frau oder die Umgebung nervt. Als Ausnahme gilt und erlaubt ist es für ihn, wenn das erwünscht ist, um über ihn zu spotten. lästern und zu lachen, oder um die Effektivität der Züchtigung zu beobachten um mimosenhaftes Verhalten zu erkennen.

§ 5 Körperliche Bestrafungen die eine Frau gegenüber ihren Mann ausübt, sind streng und konsequent  durchzuführen, aber nur in dem Maße und der Härte, dass beim Mann keine körperlichen Langzeitfolgen entstehen oder zu erwarten sind.

§ 6 Die Erziehung von Männer auch die körperliche Erziehung, einschließlich die im § 3 aufgeführten Ausführungen sind im allgemeinen Interesse. Sie können auch in Anwesenheit anderer Personen und in der Öffentlichkeit  stattfinden. Auf sein Schamgefühl braucht die Ehefrau keine Rücksicht nehmen, dient es doch dazu, Männer unterwürfig und gehorsamen gegenüber Frauen zu formen, damit sie zu nützlichen Mitglieder der Gesellschaft erzogen werden, indem sie Frauen dienen, sich respektvoll und untergeben Verhalten und gehorchen.   

§7 Ein Ehemann der sich der körperlichen Bestrafung seiner Frau widersetzt, wird nicht unter 3 Monaten, bis zu einem Jahr Umerziehungslager, oder nicht unter 6 Monaten, bis zu 2 Jahren Gefängnis bestraft.   

Ich würde diese offiziellen Gesetze mit Erleichterung aufnehmen, denn für mich würde sich nichts in unserer Ehe ändern, außer §§ 6 und 7. Es hätte für mich den Vorteil, ich gehöre zu der Mehrheit und nicht länger in der Minderheit der Männer, die streng von ihren Frauen erzogen werden, und es wäre dann die neue von jedermans akzeptierten Norm. Dazu nähme ich die §§ 6 und 7 gerne in Kauf! Ich bin mir sicher, meine Frau würde dann oft auch den § 6 oft in Anspruch nehmen.

Dieser Gesetzesentwurf kann bis zur Verabschiedung größtenteils schon von jeder Frau in ihrer Ehe eingeführt werden und soll als Ratschlag angesehen und sofort umgesetzt werden.

Mein Kommentar:  Bestrafungen für Männer durch ihre Frauen müssen härter und strenger für sie ausfallen. als es vor 1928 für Männer gegenüber Frauen erlaubt waren. Aber ihre Bestrafungen dürfen zu keine negativen körperlichen Spätfolgen ( § 5 ) führen. Männer sind trotzig, unbelehrbar, respektlos gegenüber ihren Frauen und rückfälliger bezüglich ihrer Unfolgsamkeit und Aufsässigekeit. Somit liegt es auf der Hand, das auch ihre Erziehung entsprechend strikt,  autoritär, konsequent und permanent durchgeführt werden muss. Was jede Frau beachten soll, sie sind auch wehleidiger als Frauen, deshalb lieber strenger mit ihnen umgehen als zu lasch, denn das nutzen sie schamlos aus, und führt bei Nachgiebigkeit nie zu ihrem erfolgreichem Benehmen.

Imagine if it were regulated and enshrined law that evevery wife  has the absolute right to use in law corporal punishment on her husband. I am convinced that husbands will do the household chores, be courteous and respectful to their wives, and obey their wives meticulously. If they don’t do what her wife told, they would be immediately corporally punished by their wives.. It is entirely up to their wives to decide what and how severe the punishments for their respective offences.

For the transition from patriarchy to matriarchy, if women were allowed to educate their husbands according to their discretion, laws would mean a further positive step, bringing legal clarity and legal certainty. The fact that a positive change has already taken place can be seen from the fact that, conversely, the right of a man to punish his wife in Germany was officially abolished in 1928 as a matter of necessity.

I think it would be good, sensible and right if paragraphs on the education of men were finally included in the code, here is my suggestion:

§ 1 The wife has the unrestricted right to punish and educational law her husband.

§ 2 The wife has the right to use tools such as cooking spoons, canes, belts, carpet beaters or similar other educational instruments for the sustainable education of her husband at her discretion.

§ 3 The husband has to comply with all orders, commands and prohibitions that his wife has given that serve his education and the intention of his wife, such as house and room arrest, standing in a corner. They are not to be regarded as a deprivation of liberty, but are necessary educational measures to discipline him according to the wishes of his wife.

§ 4 The wife manages not only the house and assets but also the money. The husband is not entitled to pocket money, it is to be understood as generosity on the part of his wife. If he receives pocket money from his wife, the man is obliged to provide his wife with precise information about how it is being used upon request. The wife is obliged to cancel his pocket money for at least one month. An additional corporal punishment is to be applied in addition to other punitive actions, which the woman is obligated to exercise with all severity. Ignore the man’s crying and screams, or stop him with warnings to calm down by announcing additional hits, especially if his whining annoys the woman or those around her. It considered an exception is considered and allowed for him if it is desired to mock him. gossiping and laughing, or to observe the effectiveness of the punishment, to detect mimosa-like behavior.          

§ 5 Corporal punishments that a woman inflicts on her husband are to be carried out strictly and consistently, but only to the extent and severity that no long-term physical  consequences arise or are to be expected for the man.

§ 6 The education of men, including physical education, including the statements in § 3, are in the general interest. They can also take place in the presence of other people and in public.  His wife doesn’t need to consider his sense of shame, for it serves to mold men to be submissive and obedient to women, so that they may be raised to be useful members of society, by serving women, behaving respectfully and submissively and obeying.

§ 7 A husband who resists corporal punishment of his wife shall be sentenced to not less than 3 months to 1 year in a re-education camp, or not less than 6 months to 2 years in prison.

I would take these official laws with relief, because for me nothing in our marriage would change except §§ 6 and 7.It would have the advantage for me, I belong to the majority no longer the minority, of men who are strictly brought up by their wives, and it would then be the new norm accepted by everyone. In addition I would gladly accept §§ 6 and 7. I am sure hat my wife would then also often make use of § 6.

Pending adoption, this draft bill can largely be introduced by any woman in her marriage and should be taken as advice and implemented immediately. 

My comment: punishments for men by their wives have to be harder and stricter for them. than was allowed before 1928 for men over women. But their punishments must not lead to any negative physical long-term consequences (§ 5). Men are defiant, unteachably disrespectful to their wives, and more relapsing to their disobedience and rebelliousness. It is therefore obvious that their education must also be carried out in a correspondingly strict, authoritarian, consistent manner. What every woman should keep in mind, they are also more must be carried out in an authoritarian, consistent and permanent manner. self-pitying than woman, so it is better to deal with them more strictly than too laxly, because they shamelessly exploit this and never lead to successful behavior when yielding.
