Got very creative on the dinner. 4 Romaine lettuce leaves topped with a stir fry of shallots/garlic/green pepper/courghetti seasoned with soy sauce/cumin/turmeric/smoked paprika and mustard seeds. Scattered tofu fried in sesame oil and all covered with a 🌶/lime and coriander dressing. Prosecco to celebrate my nephew's 1st day of big school. #vegan #veganlife #veganfood #veganglutenfree #tofoo

Created this meal real quick. Pan fried potato discs dusted in peri-peri spice. Stir fried onions, garlic and beans with some dark soy and agave syrup. A glass of Sav Blanc (vegan) enjoyed with it. #vegan #veganlife #veganfood #veganglutenfree #veganwine
