His mouth hung open for a moment, then finally closed and he laughed. Not the nervous ‘haha… please don’t really kill me’ sort of laugh you’d see in the movies, but a genuine laugh of humor. “No worries, I can appreciate the sentiment, both ways!” grinned Cooper. His first impression was that he liked the vampire, he was cool, laid back and quite handsome. “Jack and Coke, though, I am a little happy to hear that. Mostly you find some Euro-trash accent spouting wannabe with a bloody Mary or something talking about the Victorian era.”
“It would be weird if I talked about the Victorian Era because I’m Korean, and wasn’t even there during that time frame,” Hye chuckled softly. “Now if you want to hear about the Joseon Dynasty, and the World Wars, I’ll spit off about that in my own accent,” he joked softly, taking a sip of his drink. “Quite stereotypical of vampires, hmm?” he continued to teased, not at all caring. He shifted, glancing around the party before back to Cooper.
