Bf is having another ocd spiral and idk how much longer I can hack this for it’s got so bad recently and there’s nothing I can do except take the brunt of it and it’s exhausting it feels like it’s ruining our relationship everything is centred around anxiety and ocd and I feel trapped and stuck and also sad because I know its not his fault but I’m so tired of always being on edge and having to emotionally regulate us both when he won’t/can’t listen to me when he’s like this I just can’t get through to him

me as a teenager: man it sucks to have no privacy or autonomy but i guess its for a good reason. when i turn 18 i will realise how young i was and understand why they did all that.
