Here's the info for her in detail

Noelle Cheng born and raised in Atlas,and was declared to be the heir of her family's company (Cheng Industry)

Her semblance is that she is able to summon anything out of bones(like sans) but this gives a permanent scar in her right eye

Weapon is a steel staff that's detachable for easy carry. It's also able to store dust in the middle so she can use any energy in a fight
