Hey all! Sorry it's been so quiet around here - I just finished a momentous move recently all the way from Maryland to the sunny land of California! Now that I'm settled in, it's back to work - my inspiration and drive is higher than ever! :D
Commissioned work of an original character :>
dedicated to my good pal fugi, who loves sad pokemon comics
A really quick drawing for a really cool dude!
Fun fact: the file size of that last illustration's .sai file is 1.02 gb. Intense! (It took my poor laptop five minutes to save after the final adjustment. whoops!) Here's another big stained glass I've been doing between commissions; they look quit different when they're only half-colored with no texture work, haha!
post tenebras spero lucem - after darkness, I hope for light.
a commission for so-i-did-this-thing!
Sogeking icon commissions for dem-hips!
A commission for brightephemera! :>

What did you buy?
This tablet. Apparently, there are several other users having the same problem I am, but the company hasn't responded to any inquiries about it that I can see with some googling. It's a shame, because when it does work, it's very nice - 2048 levels of sensitivity in a Wacom product costs several hundred dollars, but this tablet was only $55. I don't recommend it - buying through Monoprice is much better for cheap tablets, and they have easily reachable, quick, and effective customer support (at least, in my experience).

Some tablet companies are really nice and will help you fix these things with no charge or good long term payment plans. If you can, I recommend talking to the company and seeing what can be done (if you haven’t done so already)
Unfortunately, it's an off-brand tablet from overseas - they don't have any English customer support :< We're completely wiping and then reinstalling all of the drivers and Paint Tool Sai as a sort of last-ditch effort. If that doesn't work, a friend has offered to let me borrow his Bamboo for a while until we get something else figured out (I would just have to pick it up from him, and he lives a couple hours away).
edit/update: We're borrowing the Bamboo from my friend starting Sunday, so hopefully, the hiatus will be over as of Monday! I will be opening emergency commissions to fund my own Bamboo, since buying off-brand has bitten me in the butt a few too many times ;;
Hey, everyone. quick update from my end - unfortunately, the new tablet I ordered at the beginning of the month has been giving me a lot of trouble. Last night, it stopped working entirely. Right now, my partner and I are trying to fix it - we've spent several hours fussing with the drivers, to no avail. Unfortunately, I do not, at present, have the funds for another tablet. I'll update you all as the situation progresses, but as it stands, I will unfortunately be on another hiatus until we get this sorted out :<
A commission of ED-E, from Fallout: New Vegas!
Rui Ninomiya from Gatchaman Crowds! For my friend syther ♥
hello friends! a bit of unfortunate news to ring in the new year - my tablet kicked the bucket today :c luckily, one of my awesome friends ordered a replacement for me! it'll arrive in a week or so, and when it does I can get back to work - until then, I'll be on a brief hiatus for commissions. I'll still be doing traditional art and studies over on my art study blog in the meantime!
More icon commissions! I hope everyone is having a lovely holiday :>
Icon commission of the ever perfect Garrus Vakarian, from Mass Effect!
