Ya hmare pass do option hai issko bure tarah samjhe negative way me le aur sochheye mere sath kya hua ya kyu hua usse kya hoga usse embraces jyda hoge guilty feel hoga jab ye sb hoga tb gussa ayega gussa se ya to apna ya dusre ka chhot na pahucha do isse depression ka chance bd jata fir ham uth nii pate apne life ke liye aise bahot problem hoti to negative physiology se prove v rejection se negative way jaye bahot problem hoti hai
