Day 20: Create a bucket list 🤎
This came at the right time. I’ve been thinking of activities I’ve wanted to do for some time. Doing the glow up challenge has shifted my perspective to include some feel good hobbies and get creative on my bucket list. Watch this space!
Day 21: Create a relaxing playlist 🤍
This was great. I’m building The LØJ playlist. Music that gets me up and moving. I relax by dancing too 😂
Day 22: Try a Pilates workout 🩶
I did a few Pilates stretches. Got an app which is pretty cool, but it’s motivated me to get look for a pilates class to join. Let’s get it 💪
Day 23: Write a list of all your goals 🖤
This was a lovely one. I’ve been in a bit of slump mentally and want my goals to align with building myself up. There are many things I’ve put on the back burner. Quite honestly, I need to get moving on my goals. I’ve reached some pretty big milestones from age 20 to 25. I split my goals from short term to medium goals to long term goals. This really put into perspective how much I have to be grateful for. One thing for sure though, is my momma would be proud of her princess. May her soul forever be at peace, my guardian angel.
