Grumpy Customers

We normally get nice people visit, but every once in a while we get grumpy ones.

Blame us if they cant find a book, angry if some else has borrowed a book, or just plan come in with a huff.

Sorry to say it must have been, grump day yesterday, because I think we only had 2 nice people.
