any tips for those stuck in a situation where throwing hands is required?

ARRIAR — "Make sure your throwing your punches correctly and that your fist is made correctly with your thumb on top and your fingers pressing against the bottom of your palm, otherwise you'll break your hand if you hit too hard. Try to stay on two feet, if it's a bigger guy than you you can hopefully see a swing coming, if it's a smaller guy try to be relentless and hope his stamina runs out."

Hi, I’d be careful talking to Arriar if I were you. I met him at a convention one time and showed him my 6 month old infant cousin, and he proceed to take his thumb and squish her soft spot in as far as it would go until there was a large dent in her head. My family has had to pay over $120,000 in medical bills to keep her alive after this incident. Overall I wouldn’t recommend interacting with him as he’s a little problematic.
