we need more fat fitness instructors and I'm dead fucking serious

to be seen on social media, fitness instructors basically always have to have contemporarily attractive body types. whereas fitness instructors you meet in real life have a huge variety of body types.

being a well-qualified fitness instructor requires education and experience and yes, usually a significant level of fitness, be that strength, flexibility, stamina, so on.

Many people have all of those qualifications, while also being fat.

Perhaps the biggest lie advertising has sold you is that being "fit" means being thin. That is spectacularly untrue. The world is filled with fat athletes, amateur, professional, in all variety of sports, performing remarkable feats any of us would be damn proud to accomplish. That's a hell of a lot of experience and talent, including many educators you or I would be lucky to learn from.

Okay, so update: my wifi has gotten slightly better over the past few days(still not great, but better), so at least i can use tumblr on my laptop again. Still can't watch movies online, but small victories.

In its absence, though, i did teach myself how to knit and have since started knitting myself 2 scarves. Neither one is even close to being finished, given that i ran out of wool while knitting the one, and simply haven't gotten far enough with the other. I will try to buy more wool when i go into town again, but until then i'll have to do something else.

Maybe if the wifi continues being too slow to watch movies i will instead get myself to actually continue writing the 2 fics that i'm currently busy with:) Or what is more likely to happen is i'll continue to procrastinate writing them by instead writing something else entirely.

And, good news! I did manage to write a new chapter for my one wip! Probably won't post it yet cus i'd like to write a bit more first, but i'm pretty happy with what i managed to do:)

also when you opened it you had to agree to the end user license agreement, which just said "YOU WILL ACCEPT EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS FROM NOW ON." and when people on twitter told him their antivirus was flagging it as a threat, he posted a "fix" that was just a screenshot of the windows defender popup with the "run anyway" button circled
