-is initially surprised at his sudden turning, but gets over his surprise quickly- Not to you, but about you. Not all of you, just your ass. Although, the rest of you isn’t half bad either. You’re not chiselled out of marble, are you? You look like something out of a Greek temple.
I, uh--... -blushes and clears his throat- No. I'm just--I'm human. I mean, I'm not human, but I'm definitely not a--not made of marble. Uh. Wow. I sound dumb right now.

-walks by, does a double take, then stares at Rodney’s ass- Oh… Hot damn… Aw man, that is crazy… Lethal weapons like that should be illegal…
Hm? -half turns to Julian- Sorry, were you talking to me?

-looking at some bouquets nearby, and overhears him- Aye? I haven’t had to look at any recently.
Yeah. -bites his lip, studying a card before shaking his head and putting it back- They're just so... Fake.

-he seems to be very torn over something, as if he's having some kind of inner debate, and is muttering to himself- All these birthday cards suck...

Up until about four months ago, Rodney was well on his way to finishing his third year of his four-year Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Juilliard’s. His dream was to dance at the New York City Ballet, to be one of the best ballet dancers in America, and after working his ass off for the previous nineteen years, it seemed as if that dream wouldn’t be too hard to reach. Life was good; he had amazing friends, incredible talent, and was training at one of the most prestigious dance schools in the country.
And that, like any interesting story, is when it all went wrong. On his way home from a night out with a friend across the city, Rodney was attacked by some crazy, wild dog after taking a shortcut home through a bad neighborhood. He had to go to the emergency room for some stitches and shots, but otherwise he didn’t think anything of it until a few nights later. One group of guys harassing him on the street was all it took to trigger a feral turn and he woke up hours later to find the men severely injured and the blood on his hands. He had been turned into a werewolf, and the moment he figured that out, he dropped out of Juilliard’s, cut off all ties with his friends and family, and disappeared.
But dropping out didn’t get rid of his dream entirely. Even in the Crossroads, Rodney still longs to become a professional ballet dancer and finish his degree, but he’s afraid of what he might do if the pressure becomes too much and he turns unexpectedly again. He knows first hand what kind of stress is put on ballerinas mentally, emotionally, and physically, has gone through it all and even still secretly vomits after every meal because he has yet to break the seven year habit, so he knows that it isn’t possible for him to follow dreams with his condition. He just can’t do it and it’s killing him.
Rodney is a good kid, though, reserved but unassumingly charming, and it shouldn’t be hard for him to find someone who’s willing to teach him how to control his emotions and instincts… Maybe then he can return to school and take the world by storm like he was always meant to do.
