Buddies

Buddies a small restaurant that has just opened at Green Orchid in Escario Cebu City. It was my first time to eat in this place, because my parents were there with their friends. I came from school with Kathleen (my older sister who had her debut last Saturday 121512 *will blog about it soon*)

It's small, but the ambiance was great. Service, not so but the food is AA+.

Buddies reminded me of the movie Another Cinderella Story starring Hilary Duff, since it offered a burger challenge like the diner in the movie! They called the burger (SQUEALER) in the movie and they had to finished it in 3 mins while this one has to be finished in 5 minutes!! The burger costs 350 if you can't finish it in 5 mins, but if you do it's free!

They offer a wide variety of food, like tacos, hotdogs, burritos and of course burgers. They have fries, and dessert!

This is my pick, brownie ala mode. I'm not an ice cream and definitely not a brownie lover, but this is an exception. Warm brownie and vanilla ice cream on top. Great on a hot afternoon.

Kathleen's pick, Buddies' Burger, I wanted to try out their burgers but I ate a lot for lunch so I avoided the burger, but chose the brownie...ok. Hahaha. This burger's unlike any other, very tasty and not too bulky. Just right.

Overall, the food is great, service is something they can still improve and the place is not only clean and inviting, but also very accessible. I cannot wait to bring my friends here and grab a bite and maybe try their burger challenge! Ha!

I'm back

I think I will be blogging more often now, since it's sembreak and I don't know what I'd do for the next 2 weeks thus, back to tumblring. I've been trying on some new blogging sites like wordpress and blogger, lol call me a noob or whatever, but I have not figured them out yet and again, thus, tumblr.

The first few days of my sembreak were productive. I started going to gym with my friends, and aside from the fact that Waterfront is reaaaalllyyyy far from where I live, I enjoy working out everyday. Speaking about gym, the other day, I left my key inside my locker (locker 12 = unluckiest locker evaa) and the fucking master key can open all the lockers except mine. Talk about coincidence. We waited for 2 hours or so to get someone to open it for me, I paid 200 pesos, and fyi, I only had 200 pesos for the whole fucking sembreak. Thank you careless me. I was so angry at myself, I ended up crying at Jollibee, eating my chicken. But thankfully my mood changed before the day ended.

Acquaintance Party 070712

A night, that wont be remembered without pictures. I have to admit, this party didn't feel like one at all. But I give whoever was in charge props for the venue and the decors; I just wish they made it more fun and interesting.

Yesterday was a really busy day for me, woke up really early because we had to go to the doctor to have my aunt and sister's skin checked up. We went straight to SM, to get my hair straightened. Ugh. And my grandma had her nails done. Thank you David's. It took like 2 hours, and I was just reading this magazine entitled MEGA, Kim Chiu was on the cover. I don't even read magazines. Lol. Back then I used to read comics, like WITCH..ehh. Poor taste. Ok so my grandpa got lost, and he had the car keys, we waited for about 20 mins to finally go to Ayala to pick up my sister. She bought me a belt, thank you XOXO. Then finally we went off at 5, and 5 my dears, is the time of the assembly. Lol. I was dead. I finished prepping up at 6:30 then went to Oakridge Pavillon.

Me, Patty and Jer didn't get to walk down the runway. Too bad, but whatever. Thank God, cameras were present. If they weren't idk what we'll be doing.

No me gusta el cambio

"Nothing will change"

LIE. This cliché statement, is rather a big lie. No matter how many times you say nothing will change, there will always be this teeny tiny thing that will; and sooner or later it can be too visible to even deny.

It's fucking ridiculous how one mistake can change everything. How one choice could destroy every fucking trust.

Can I just say how much I miss you? So much.

Until now, I'm still hoping I could regain all of the trust that I lost. Every now and then, I keep thinking about what I did. I do not want to regret it, it was my choice. I can't force you to like me back, to treat me how you treated me before; but can I at least ask?

Here goes, this entry is dedicated to the one and only Adam Levine. I decided to write a post about him since I got Payphone on replay. Can I just say how beautiful this man is? His voice just gives me eargasm. 

To all you stupid people out there who does not know what eargasm is, n. The experience of hearing something (i.e. music) so incredible that it could be considered the auditory equivalent of an orgasm. Also adj. eargasmic.

After how many years of making music, Maroon 5 just do not know how to make bad music.

Voy a hacer algo de mí mismo.

In my 16 years of existence, I do not recall doing anything that I could be proud of. I'm always this "I-can-do-it-later-why-do-it-now" kind of person, to sum that all up, I'm a big time procrastinator and that's not a very good thing. Entering college is a big milestone for me, to anybody, and I think this is my chance to prove that I could actually become someone that I want to be, someone worth looking up to. To be frank, who I am right now, is not what I intend to be. I'm not there yet. It's not that I'm rushing things, I know I still have to learn a lot, experience a lot; but how can I reach this goal, when I'm not even trying? I am now this couch potato who just keeps on ranting and blaming everything to the world, but I realize that this was my choice, I did this to myself. So starting tomorrow--no, at this very moment, I am going to make a change. I'm going to start with myself. I am going to do better, I'm going to be better.

I'm going to make something of myself.
