I personally see her as female She/Her...

But I'm not gonna fight people on it because it's ridiculous. It's a headcanon people have and I enjoy seeing the content. For example... I gave Rise freckles because I figured with her red ish hair, it'd make sense. Plus I love freckles. It's comforting to me! Why can't other people have their headcanons too? I just think the whole fight about Naoto's gender is silly.
