Let’s take a moment and talk about eczema, a skin condition that affects 30 million children and adults in the US. While there are hereditary factors, external factors such as foods, temperature, stress and regularly used skincare products could play an important role. Today we want to talk about skin hydration. Moisturizers are considered as the first line management for eczema. Yet moisturizers vary tremendously. What is a good option? White petroleum jelly ( key component is petrolatum) has long been on market as “the moisturizer”.
