Maintaining a healthy gut is essential for overall well-being, and certain foods can help protect your digestive system. Garlic, papaya seeds, and pumpkin seeds are powerful, natural ingredients that help eliminate harmful parasites from your body. These foods support digestion, detoxify the gut, and promote a clean, healthy internal system.
Incorporating parasite-fighting foods into your diet is a natural way to support gut health and improve digestion. Foods like lemon, ginger, and raw carrots help cleanse the digestive tract, preventing parasites from taking hold. Not only do they help fight parasites, but they also improve nutrient absorption and promote overall digestive health.
Making these natural remedies part of your daily routine can lead to better digestion, increased energy, and a stronger immune system. By nourishing your body with foods that cleanse and protect, you're ensuring a healthier, more balanced gut. đ„đŻ
King Immanual has triumphed.
Lay down your burdens,
The sin that heavily burdens .
Lay down,
And learn of Truth.
Learn of him .
Pick up his lightweight burden,
Take his easy Yoke.
He is Life , he is Eternal.
Lay down your heavy burden.
There's One who will not forsake those who go to him in truth .
Only YAH is Salvation and he gave his Son, his Salvation...
He is Immanual.
Love never forsakes .
Love, he covers ...
We, like Seasons are called to Change.
Wonderfully, he changes the seasons.
Beautifully, he adorned the work of his hands..
Yet, he, is not changed.
Who is the Wonderful? The Majestic Counsellor?
Surely you know his Name? Surely you know his Son's Name? Whose Name alone is, Wonderful and Reverend.
Wonderfully, he changes the seasons. Sun , Moon and stars⊠Earth , and Seas.
We are YAH's creation âŠ
Wonderfully, he changes us, and renews, he turns us back. Surely he will restore his own.
Kosi Kosi.
On YAH, wait. On his Name, hope.
For still dimly, we see men like treesâŠ

Keeping the law of God should not feel like bondage when you have a relationship with Him, it is only when you donât have a relationship with God does His law feel like legalism.
Why would God lead the Hebrews out of bondage to then place them under bondage of His law?
How is it bondage to refrain from stealing from your neighbor?
How is it bondage that God gives us a rest day every week to give us a break from our labor?
How is it bondage to be refrained from eating certain foods that causes harm to the body?
The law of the Lord sustains life, it is not bondage.
âFor the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.â Rom 8:2
âBut he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.â Prov 8:36
im not seventh day Adventist, but I agree 100%.. Messiah obeyed so we can do it too. Satan has lied through the mouths of pastors , false Christs and false Prophet for far too long . The wait is over!

Eat not the bread of him that has an evil eye, neither desire his dainty meats:

5 Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.
