Thank you!! I'm great. Working full time, have a PhD which will help keep up the illusion I'm smart (I'm not smart), anxiety mostly gone, figuring life out, decided I want a cockatiel that'll probably be named something like Ari.

Basically ages ago Tumblr became more habit and procrastination, rather than enjoyment is the easiest way to describe it. There still were great posts but more scrolling than wanting to look. Then once I forced myself to not check for 2 days, habit was broken, months passed, and didn't think about Tumblr often if ever.

Tumblr is great, but not what brings me joy. Maybe one day I'll come back

I think it would be funny if after the timeskip, Marinette and Lila end up forgetting about each other.

Like sure Lila was the literal worst but she was barely there for a year and didn't even show up to class for most of it. And Lila has like 6 other identities so it's not like it matters that Marinette exposed one of them as a liar. Plus they both have bigger things to deal with in the wake of Gabriel's defeat, so I could see them just moving on with their lives.

I just think it would be funny if they are adults and it turns out their arch enemy was just someone from middle school who they hadn't thought about in years

Tell me, what did you think of seasons 4 and 5 of Miraculous Ladybug?

I can't really remember them honestly. I remember disappointment at times. I remember moments of the salt was a bit dramatic and the anti-salters being dramatic. I remember there were good moments that made me excited. What ML does good they did better, what they do poorly they did worse, and a bunch of things that didn't make sense along the way.

I liked that Felix was competent, good on Luka for stepping away, and Marinette was able to talk to someone (even if didn't always agree with how that was handled). I like that kids still tried to do good without powers in terms of their research but also with Zoe and the environment showing moments of why they deserve a miraculous. I appreciated the moments Gabriel actually had a plan. Rose's episode, even if not much foreshadowing or follow up, was a good moment of real life problems.

I disliked how a lot of characters were written as plot devices rather than characters (e.g. Su-Han disappearing) and some could be handled better (e.g. Kagami with the reveal). I really hated the Nino, Alya, secret identity stuff. A lot of lessons fell flat or missed the mark or even just the wrong lesson for the episode. Marinette leaving the ladybug with Alya will always be a weird thing. The Chat Noir Ladybug stuff had a lot of ick moments. Lila with three mothers I'm still trying to make sense of

Season 5 in particular I skipped through. Not episodes, more scenes and had a "if this isn't enjoyable or necessary, I fastforward" rule for myself.

There was nothing that really made me excited. It was more I had watched for so long I felt I needed to finish which season 5 felt that point or I followed so many miraculous blogs I sort of had to watch. Though I will admit if I wasn't in the fandom space I would have felt differently as probably not as critical, though it was because I was in the fandom that I watched
