I think that all experiences have something to teach us, regardless of how pleasant or unpleasant they are. I try to ultimately cultivate an outlook on life that focuses on those lessons and I treat every lesson as important. In this, I think that a silver lining can be found in each of the situations life presents us. There are also times where ending a situation, even if it feels like it’s good, is ultimately for the best, as it forces us out of comfort zone and provides opportunities for growth.
