Reasons for liking vore/endosoma that aren’t sexual: Go!

-that feeling of flopping face first onto a waterbed except even squishier and also the waterbed is your friend

-a character being faced with being eaten is a really interesting psychological scenario to explore

-yknow the feeling when you wanna hug someone tight that they fuse into your body? VORE/(endo)

-“if you wanna get to my friend you’ll have to go through ME!!” in a very literal sense (protective pred stuff)

-psychological/physical horror if you’re a horror/thriller writer/artist

-an interesting way to explore trust between characters (i.e. pred has the ability to eat someone without hurting them, and the prey has to trust that their pred friend will keep them safe)

-warm small soft space where you’re surrounded by the heartbeat and breathing of someone you care about

-the feeling of just having had a perfectly filling warm meal, but also the feeling of keeping someone you care about as physically close as you can, knowing they’re safe in your care

(And if anyone wonders “Neph, there’s no oxygen! Neph, there’s acid! Neph, people can’t swallow a person whole, even if they’re tiny!” Well, that is what loopholes like magic, pseudoscience, and just plain ol’ fantasy logic comes it! ^^)

- IT’S FUN AND CAN BE ADVENTUROUS

Yes! Vore is always nonsexual for me (unless you give it sexual context and all of course) and it’s such a huge comfort thing! I especially love the trust and affection aspect, and the whole “isolated from the cold dangerous uncaring world, inside a friend” feeling that gives me butterflies in the stomach every time!

Also!

- Character growth for OCs! How would they react to being a pred? Discovering that their friend is a pred? All good stuff that can be interesting for writing!

- Comfort stuff for people with ADHD/Autism/Sensory Issues, where you’re isolated and basically experiencing stim stuff and ASMR all around you!! And you’re safe to stim/break down/be yourself without fear of being shamed!!

- Trust trust trust I can’t stress enough how amazing and wonderful the trust must be with willing vore, with a prey trusting their friend/partner so much that they’d let them eat them and trust that they’ll keep them safe??

Anyways nonsexual vore is great and I hope people understand how important and comforting it can be to people who like it!!
