The Capitol was magnificent. Its buildings were stood tall and proud, its people giddy and flamboyant, even the weapons in the training center gleamed handsomely. He’d struggled to keep his eyes off of the silver swords and arrows, but there were more important things at play here. Rather than watching the weapons, Leo turned his attention to the tributes and used every bit of his training to scope them out. Who was agile? Strong? Fast? And given time he felt confident about his observations. “Aw, come on,” Leo approached one tribute in particular that piqued his interest, “you can do better than that.”
