This is today, I feel good. I woke up on Jan. 2nd, because let's face it I was hungover on Jan. 1st, and decided it was time to change. I'm vowing to be more positive, be more of a person that others like, be kind, be a better wife and dog mom. My mental health has not been good for too many years and it's time to take charge of it.
