So I’m pissed about the finale but I just had a thought - Mike could have called Kali ‘the illusionist’ instead of simply El’s sister (ugh) and while I’m not sure Kali had the range to do the thing Mike imagined, it would have been possible if Kali was actively WITH Jane, but then the powers wouldn’t have worked.
Henry is also an illusionist, we’ve seen him use it time and time again, the last most significant one was with (that asshole) Hopper. So Kali’s powers were… I only use the word defective to be scientific, not to imply she isn’t perfect because she is. She could still have Henry’s blood and just got the one power that no one else seems to have gotten, including Jane, who as far as we know, cannot create illusions.
