Intro post time!

Hi, I'm Honey, a fat UK based transfem poly sapphic.

I'm really, really into feedism, both as a feedee/gainer and as a feeder/encourager, although I don't have a feedee and never have (yet). I'm into most aspects of the kink but I'll specify a few things I'm not particularly into here:

I loosely followed this guide in the week leading up to yesterday's all-day stuffing and it seems to really have helped me pig out to the max. In my version:

try to have 4-5 meals a day for the first few days

then try for 5-6 meals a day for a few days

the day before your "event", eat as much as you can, including as many fruits and vegetables in there as possible. Stretch your stomach, and use all that fiber to... make room

Day of, start with a small breakfast. Get some fiber in there. You don't want to start on an empty stomach.

An hour or two before, get down at least a liter of water. That and breakfast combined should, again, both stretch you out and help you make room

finally...EAT, EAT, EAT!!
