i forgot to add if you want good mobile games then flipline has a lot of their papa louie games ported to mobile that are either free with ads or a whopping two dollars (barring in app purchases but genuinely thats just for extra tips which you get by playing anyway) I also play meow tower because i like nonograms and its cute

in regards to ur last post, absolutely cooked with what u said bout melodie's personality. really feels like supercell's running out of ideas with the ladies :((

but i don't really get what u mean by she doesn't look korean? is it the clothes? or the face model? i honestly think it's enough that she has korean voicelines, it's a step up from bibi and fang, with the former having one off word-play voicelines (forgiveable. early brawl stars and all), and the latter having absolutely zero chinese voicelines at all (sad abt that, and weird considering all the other brawlers with their native language voicelines). i don't really think there's one specific 'look' that koreans have

ahh thats true and i def couldve worded it better... apologies about that. i think my main gripe when i said that was that melodie is incredibly pale. while asians dont HAVE to have medium or dark skin, in a game like brawl stars where other racial features like eye and nose shape rarely differ then all thats really left is skin color and hair texture. i agree in that her having korean voicelines is a huge step up from other asian rep in brawl stars, but i think in terms of rep melodie could also be a lot better.

i believe bibi and fang have the same issues but i was mainly thinking of melodie when i made that post and bibi + fang are a LOT older relatively speaking. i guess i was hoping that as a character designer fernanda wouldve improved over time (and its clear she has good ideas, chuck only released last october and hes one of my favorite newer brawlers). and of course its not solely her that decides what goes into a brawler's design but its like -_- idk Fernanda design the next brawler wearing a yellow shirt if the rest of brawl team is making you do this.

tl;dr i appreciate your input a lot!! and i can def see how my previous wording can be harmful so i do apologize for that. i will be more mindful of how i word statements regarding poc in brawl stars in the future ^_^

I started shaking and almost thinking to krillmaself because I have to force myself to dislike brawl stars,I do not support anything problematic of the game,I just wanna have fun playing it and to like it just like any other media that I like.

okay i watched melodie sneak peeks now and like. im still not huge on her (you would NOT be able to tell shes korean, let alone asian, from looks alone imo) but i like that she skips around for her running animation. so joyous :)

however its really stupid that the brawl talk emphasized her being "nice sometimes but really really mean other times!!!" when shes not like that at all actually. like at most shes just competitive and has an ego. i feel like her defining traits are conveyed a lot better through other brawlers (lola and janet mainly).

like theyre just slapping marketable labels on these brawl women at this point. free every brawl woman.
