How likely, in your opinion, is flora to kill for the sake of a goal, like the greater good or for revenge.

Not likely at all I think, I mean she's just a kid, and she's very sweet and sensitive. Like maybe down the line, if she grows up to be an adventurer it might happen in self defense? But even then it would most likely be an accident that the person actually dies. Maybe in some dark speculative future she might grow up to repeat Clive's fate and try and kill somebody for some greater goal, but you'd need a whole fic's worth of prep work for that
