Review Session by Amy
Since Amy's class didn't get to do any review during class time this past Monday, Amy will be holding a review session on Wednesday evening at 7:30PM in University Hall 2-142 (the usual classroom). If you are in the TuTh class and would like to get some additional review, you're welcome to join in on Wednesday evening!

Additional Final Exam & End-of-Semester Info
Please turn in your final project and outside-event write-up when we meet for the final exam (or sooner), if you haven't already. If needed, you have until about Dec. 20th to turn in your final project; contact your instructor for specific arrangements. Graded assignments can be picked up outside 2-133 if you need them to study for the exam.
Here are the final exam times:
MW, Albert: Wed. Dec. 14, 1-3PM
MW, Amy: Mon. Dec. 19, 7-9PM
TuTh: Tues. Dec. 20, 1-3PM
If you cannot make your scheduled exam time, please make arrangements to take the exam during one of the other exam time or at another time.
Since there was very little student interest in having one, there will be no outside-of-class review session. Because our classes ending the semester have focused on exam review, this shouldn't be a problem. If you're in the TuTh class, feel free to attend the classes on Monday (1:30PM and 6:45PM) if you'd like to get some additional review. You can also contact your instructor or TA if you have questions.

More Information on the Final Exam
As with the midterm exam, you may use notes but not the textbook or packets on the final exam. The individual multiple-choice+short-answer section will be 75 minutes, and the remaining 45 minutes will be used for a short break (you may of course take a longer break if you finish the first section early) and then the longer-answer section that you may work on together in a group if you would like. Please return promptly from the break as we will play a short news story that will be the basis of the first longer-answer question.
Behavior, Human Impact and the Final Exam
Yes, the topics we've recently covered will be on the final exam (behavior: tLW7 37.1-8, 10-12 or tLW6 39.1-8, 10-12 // human impact tLW7 38 or tLW6 40, as far as we're able to cover in class). We'll be reviewing for the final exam this week, and here's an old exam and practice questions that you can use to study; the format of this semester's exam will be slightly different (similar to the midterm exam) and we covered somewhat different material, but the old exam will give you a sense of the scope of the final exam, which will be cumulative with an emphasis on the topics covered in the second half of the class.

We've finished covering material on the Central Dogma and viruses (the slides from class are on SlideShare), and now it's on to behavior (tLW7 chapter 37, tLW6 chapter 39).
