Why is Instagram, Facebook full off women who message men for a few day's then ask u for a £50 Apple iTunes card or make stories up and then ask u to send them £500. I've had about 20 people do that to me in the past month

I get all these symptom's nearly everyday, I've had Hepatitis C for over 10 year's and my liver is only going to get worse.
