It's okay to not define your sexuality.
It’s okay to never figure your sexuality out. It’s okay to always be changing your label. It’s okay to only partially define your sexuality. It’s okay to stick to general and broad labels. It’s okay to have a complex sexuality.
Never forget that your sexuality is your business and yours alone.
If you never come out to anyone, you are valid. If you only come out to several people, you are valid. If you come out and change your label, you are valid.
casual intimacy kills me every time. grand gestures are cute and all but seeing two people who are just totally comfortable with having each other in their space, who dont think twice about leaning into each other and thoughtlessly holding each other while doing unrelated things….. thats love
listen here babyg, you’re going to be just fine. everything will work out and you’ll be okay. promise
“Darkness is tenderness. Tenderness is darkness. Darkness, as if slanted, leaning over another deeper darkness.”
— Zbigniew Herbert, from “The King of the Ants: Mythological Essays,” c. 1999
“November night. Brief note to self: Time to take myself in hand. To build into myself, to give myself backbone, however much I fail.”
— Sylvia Plath, from a journal entry featured in “The Unabridged Journals,”
