Alphys let out a quiet sigh of relief. Thank the Monster Gods that the other her liked Mew Mew Kissy Cutie too. If not that could have ended horribly. She could have been made fun of! And, even if she hadn’t, she still would have needed to fight herself for not liking the best anime ever. And who wanted to fight themelf? Certainly not her.
“Y-Yeah! That sounds like a great time, Me!” And best part? If she was talking to herself, it couldn’t even be EMBARRASSING! Herself already knew everything about her! There was no anxiety to be had in having a slumber party with an alternate version of herself!

Alphys yet out a yelp as she heard the kicking on her door. She wasn’t used to visitors, much less ones that sounded like they were trying to break in. She groaned groggily, closed her laptop, along with whatever Robot Yuri she was currently looking at, and got up to open the door. With all the commotion, she had a strange feeling she knew who this was.
“UNDYNE! There’s no need to kick down the-” She cut herself off as the door slid open, face going bright red in embarrassment.
“You’re not Undyne.”
Also, Mew Mew kissy cutie 2 ruined the character's backstories, there was so much potential, but now it's trash. Some rumors said it was for fanservice.
“Exactly! No-one else seems to get it! They tossed out Mew Mew’s entire character arc for fanservice and titties! I don’t care HOW many anime boobies are hanging out! Anyone who likes Mew Mew 2 likes trash anime, and is the exact OPPOSITE of Kissy and Cutie!”
All at once, everything turned into a chaotic panic in their mind. The other’s question was something that paralyzed Nina to think about, and was something that broke down their self worth every time they thought about it. Not only that, but they didn’t know what was talking to them right now; was this a chimera, or is this a real monster that was out to cause them harm?
They would have screamed, or ran away, but their legs felt bolted in place by fear. Instead, after their mind tried and failed several times to think of what to do, they just defaulted back to stock sentences they used when they had nothing else to say.
“ǶҽӀӀօ… ʍվ ղąʍҽ ìʂ Ռìղą… చհօ ąɾҽ վօմ?..”
Alphys blinked in confusion. The strange creature hadn’t even answered her question. Odd. She quickly shrugged the bafflement away, though. More than once, she too, in the past, had replied to a normal question with something completely out of the place. Maybe this monster(?) was just nervous, too! Alphys understood that completely; Even if she didn’t like to think of herself as that intimidating.
“I’m Alphys.” She simply responded, pretending she wasn’t phased. She was almost tempted to ask if the other creature was nervous, but she decided against it. From personal experience, she knew that that only tended to make her more nervous. Surely it was the same for everyone else?
An awkward silence followed, until Alphys offered a rather forced sounding: “So where do you come from? Do you watch anime?” She was beginning to quickly remember why she didn’t approach random strangers on the street.
You've wasted your life watching Anime when you could have been figuring out the various problems of Monster Society.
“I know that better than anyone. You don’t need to remind me. And, to be fair: I did try to help monsters. It ended horribly. I think people are a whole lot safer with me sticking to my anime.”
What's the TRUE reason you made Mettaton, and why give them that body?
“Mettaton was a… Friend… Of mine. No need to sound so accusing.” Alphys frowns at you, nervously adjusting her glasses. “I knew him back when he was a ghost, and he really wanted a corporeal form, but he couldn’t find one that was comfortable for him. So I made him one. That’s all.” A pause. “Not everything I do has some ulterior motive...” She seems a little hurt.
What did you feed the Amalgamates with ? I guess Endogeny didn't mind dog food, but what about Lemon Bread and the others ? What did they eat ?
“Uhhh.... I fed them chips and instant noodles, mostly. Don’t call me disgusting or cheap or whatever, p-please. It’s what I lived off of, at the time, too.”

I see an anime fan. I myself as well watch anime, such as Log Horizon, and Dragon Ball Z.

*Undyne said that a little bit louder than was absolutely necessary, but it was completely necessary to her. She’d promised herself that she’d to everything in her power to always support Alphys, help her love herself, and what better way to do that than to show how much she loved her?
Alphys’s face burned a bright red just upon hearing Undyne’s words. You would have thought that after a few months of dating someone, Alphys would have gotten used to the slightest bit of flattery. But, nope. She was still more used to being compared to a piece of trash, or something else along those lines.
“W-Well she’s glad you’re here!” Was all the lizard could manage to blurt out in response.
