I haven't posted on here on a while but wanted to give some updates. After being vegan for two months I have lost a decent amount of weight and I feel SO HEALTHY! I recommend a vegan diet to everybody... Here's a nice transformation pic of me and my brother to show!

Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance: The ability of body systems to gather, process and deliver oxygen.
Stamina: The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store and utilize energy.
