This was my last day at the now dead Horton Plaza Mall. Yeah it’s a shell of itself in DTSD, and only held up by a few stores, like ligaments of a frail body. I can remember the sights at night, the McDonald’s tucked in the top corner, the drugstore down on the ground floor. That news stand near the 5th Ave. entrance. Now it’s just a place to use the restrooms in the DT area. FYE put in a pop up shop in one of the lower building spaces. City probably let them, just to get that extra squeeze of money out of the mall before it is torn down. my whole ideology on art is that you make the art into your own image and don't let the masses deny you your right enjoy the fulfillment in creation if you do then you sell your self to mas production of a singular piece that has many copies and always look like another persons work

today ill be slowing down I'm still sore from yesterday.....today ill be working in the yard and then fixing a birdhouse up for fun and some other things

all I did was go from my house down to the river over to the bay down by the beach back to the bay then up a hill over to the house

earlier today took on a nice bike ride unfortunately it was on a harsh bike path but I discovered a shortcut to Wal-Mart if I want one

 I never say no to a good thing and always keep lots of the same thing these are just some of the things I have found over time that will most likely go into my art some of it was found today can you guess what those items were

just found out last night that the original owners and creators of the chrome bags are the same one s who created the mission workshop bags they just left after some time selling there chrome company and starting up mission workshop that explains the slight similarities in bags

As you can see I just di a few characters for fun normally if I'm really into it go off on the whole page putting a lot of work into the designs and looks of the drawings as it is right now this only took me a few minutes the thing to remember is that you should always use a shape as a foundation as a child I used to take and round or square item and use it as my starting point to this day I still use shapes now that I'm a little better and I use circle templates and straight line rulers or edges most of the time but on occasion I can free hand a straight line a long straight line if necessary but more on that later any ways make sure to keep a large amount of paper on hand cause practice makes for a better artist I've been doing this since I was 5 (I wasn't very good as child I just tried and tried and copied things I saw and read books and traced and learned) and continue to this day even if its just a hour or two sometimes ill get into it and realize that its 3 or 4 in the morning then I quite cause the first thing I learned is a tried artist is a failure if he cant produce on his deadline
